Hosted by American International Photographer Union (“AIPU”), the 2019 New York International Photography Art Show is scheduled to open in New York City in late November 2019.The deadline for photo submission is November 10, 2019.Photographerswith works selected for exhibition will be invited to the New York Exhibition and the Awards Ceremony, as well asto participate in the activities organized by AIPU: visiting the Photo Agencies, i.e. ICP museum etc., communicating with local photography studios and galleries, and/or participating in local photography activities accompanied by local photographer(s).
About AIPU:
The mission of the American International Photographer Union is to recognize, reward and expose talented photographers from around the world and introduce them to the creative community in America. AIPU has hosted annual photography exhibitions in New York since 2015. Photographers from all corners of the world are encouraged to enter your work.
Photography Work Categories:
This year's annual exhibition collects photography works of seven major categories: Landscapes, People, Wildlife, Travel/Tourism, Fine Art, Environmental and Documentary.
· Landscapes: photos that capture elements of nature and the natural features of land, sky and water. Photographs of artificial scenery, such as farm fields, orchards and gardens, can be entered here as well.· People: This category is for photographs where people are the focus, whether a single person or a group, showing the human aspect of life in all its wonderful variet. · Wildlife: photos documenting animals and other wildlife in their natural habitat.· Travel/Tourism: images highlighting an area’s landscape, people, cultures, customs and history.· Fine Art: this category should feature images where the intention is aesthetic, revealing the subjective, creative vision of the artist, photos that express an idea, a message, or an emotion through the image and the technique used to create it.· Environmental: including images of the natural environment or natural events (global warming, ecological footprint, etc.), taken for artistic, research, or monitoring purposes.· Documentary: This category is for images capturing a moment of reality, in order to convey a meaningful message about what is happening in the world. And usually meant to accompany with text to illustrate a story.
Awards:
Within works selected for exhibition, one Grand ChairmanAward, 5 Gold Medals, 10 Silver Medals, 15 Bronze Medals and several Honorable Mentions will be selected by AIPU panel of jury. A certificate of participation will be awarded to all photographers whose work selected for exhibition. Each of the participating photographer will receive a copy of booklet of this year's exhibition. All works selected for exhibition will be promoted in various ways.If works received collection intentions during exhibition, separate contractswill be signedwith authors.
Submission Requirements:
Each photographer can choose to submit in any categories, and a limit of three sets of works in each category. One set of photo(s) can bein forms of single image or photo series (limited to four photos per series).One work cannot be submitted in different categories.
Please submit works in JPG format,which must not be less than 5M.The shooting equipment, subject matter, genre and style are not limited. Photos can be in colors or black and white.
Please name the photos for submission in email as: "Photographer Name + Work Name". In a separate word or text file, pleaseprovide the following information:Title, Shooting time,Location corresponding to each (group) work, and a brief Description of the work (if any). As well as photographer's contact number, email address, mailing address and postal code.

The participant should use the real name to ensure that the submitted work does not infringe any third party's copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights and/or any other rights. The copyright, and portrait rights used in the selected works are the responsibility of the participant. The Union has the right to use its works in reproduction, exhibition, promotion, etc. in related activities. Anyone whose has been selected for exhibition is deemed to have agreed with the terms of this article.AIPUreserves the final interpretation for the above terms.
If the participating photographer needs an invitation letter to attend the awards ceremony in New York, the Union will provide.
